Dowsing is not difficult and you can learn it quickly and with very little to no cost.
First publication I could recommend to you is: "Letter to Robin" by Walt Woods. It is a dowsing manual written by very experiences american dowser - former president and trustee of the American Society of Dowsers. If you want to learn from the best in the field - it doesn't get better than this.
Several years ago I have found the older version of his publication as a PDF download - it is still available for free in several languages from this website:
As Walt Woods sadly passed away, his family gave rights to all his dowsing materials to American Society of Dowsers and they updated it and published as a book you can order from Amazon. This is the latest version and in my opinion well worth the money. You get all the information, updated and put in one volume.
